- A team that is ready to review exceptions.
A practical rollout
- Week 1: document requirements and gather sample documents.
- Week 2: configure the workflow and review rules.
- Week 3: run side by side with your current process.
- Week 4: move to day-to-day use and review the results.
Then expand
Once the first workflow is running well, the same patterns, including requirements, review rules, and audit history, carry over to the next one.
